About the International Association DOBRO

The International Association of Volunteer and Non-Profit Organizations DOBRO is a voluntary union of non-governmental organizations established on 5 December 2025 in Moscow. It was founded by 9 organizations from 8 countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, India, South Africa and Brazil.The key goal of the International Association is to build an international ecosystem that strengthens the capacity of non-profit and volunteer organizations, shares best practices and implements joint humanitarian and social projects. The International Association develops international volunteering, holds international forums and joint educational programs, and supports volunteer training and intercultural dialogue.We are pleased to announce the launch of a campaign inviting new member organizations to join the International Association DOBRO!

Membership offers direct contacts with organizations from dozens of countries, participation in joint programs and thematic working groups, access to an expert community and a library of cases and methodologies, and the opportunity to showcase your projects on international platforms.

Who can apply

• A registered non-profit, volunteer or charitable organization from any country of the world.

• The organization is fully committed to the goals, values and ethical principles of the International Association.

• The organization has at least one full financial year of activity with a confirmed track record.

• The organization is ready to sign the Declaration of Commitment to the Values of the International Association and to contribute to its activities in line with the membership level.

• Commercial, governmental and political entities are not admitted.
