The Rson Heart for Poor People Trust (RHPPT) is a registered charitable organization under the Government of Nagaland (India), established in memory of Rson Lot, who dedicated his life to helping the poor and disadvantaged. After his untimely death, his father, Dr. Roland Lota, continued his work by founding a foundation and two projects.:

1) RL Global Academy

2) Rson Charity Hospital and Research Center (Rson Charity Hospital and Research Center).

Both projects are located in Chumukedim (Nagaland) and aim to provide hope and opportunities to those who need them.

The project focuses on holistic education that promotes skills development, music and sports, while providing systematic learning for all, with a particular focus on free education for those in need. In addition, the academy will strengthen universal brotherhood and unity through intercultural exchange programs and the exchange of experience in various fields of human development.
