I am a youth development professional, social impact practitioner, digital communicator, and graduate from Panjab University, with a background in International Relations and Defence Journalism. I am committed to social inclusion, youth leadership, environmental action, sports inclusion, and grassroots development.

I have actively worked with the Association of Professional Social Workers and Development Practitioners (APSWDP), contributing to social development initiatives through community mobilisation, digital communication, project coordination, graphic design, awareness campaigns, and outreach.

I have been closely involved with Samta Nyay Kendra, an initiative focused on the legal, social, and economic empowerment of transgender persons and other marginalised communities. My work includes connecting communities with legal aid, identity documentation, social security schemes, education, skilling, livelihood opportunities, financial inclusion, and awareness programmes. Through this work, I have contributed to initiatives reaching 1,000+ community members, with 3,000+ people reached, 50+ awareness programmes, 100+ volunteers, and multiple institutional partnerships.

I have also been actively associated with the Wheelchair Cricket Federation of India (WCFI), contributing to initiatives promoting inclusive sports, disability empowerment, youth participation, and social integration. Through wheelchair cricket programmes and championships, I have worked alongside athletes with disabilities and supported efforts to create platforms where sporting talent, dignity, confidence, and equal opportunity come together. I believe sport can be a powerful tool for breaking social barriers and changing perceptions around disability.

My interests and experience also extend to youth development, climate action, disaster resilience, community leadership, and environmental sustainability. I have been associated with initiatives involving the Global Youth Federation, Youth4COP, and climate leadership programmes, and have participated in national and international youth platforms connected with COP28, COP29, and UNCCD COP16.

I possess professional skills in digital marketing, content writing, SEO, Google Ads, social media management, Canva, graphic design, WordPress, presentation design, video editing, and event coordination, along with practical experience in healthcare communication, social development, digital outreach, and event management.

I strongly believe that real change begins at the grassroots—when inclusion becomes participation, education becomes empowerment, skills create independence, sports create confidence, and legal rights become accessible to everyone.

My vision is to contribute towards an inclusive, equitable, sustainable, and empowered society, while inspiring young people to become active contributors to social development and nation-building.
