Dr. Naglaa Fathy Lithy is an Egyptian OB/GYN physician, humanitarian leader, and global advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with over 15 years of experience in development and public health. She currently serves as a Senior Health Specialist at the Egyptian Red Crescent, where she leads innovative, community-based health initiatives reaching underserved and marginalized populations across Egypt.

A Senior Fellow in Health Equity at The George Washington University, Dr. Naglaa is also the Membership and Communication Lead for the Global Roadmap for Action on Adolescent and Youth SRHR (GRA), hosted by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is the founder of MG Consultancy, a social enterprise pioneering gamified education and edutainment approaches to promote SRHR, climate awareness, and youth empowerment.

Recognized globally for her impact, Dr. Naglaa is a recipient of the “120 Under 40” award by the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute and a member of the Forbes Middle East Youth Council. She leads the Global Youth Ambassadors Team in Egypt, empowering youth as health and climate leaders through innovative tools and grassroots action. In addition she is a regional expert for humanitarin and youth development projects and selected as member at Forbes Middle East Youth Council.

Her work bridges healthcare, innovation, and social change—designing scalable programs that integrate psychosocial support, education, and economic empowerment. Driven by lived experience and a deep commitment to equity, she champions inclusive solutions that amplify the voices of women and youth in vulnerable communities.
